BuyerIQ sends relevant product context and analysis inputs to Anthropic for AI generation. Provider inputs are minimized for the task; Seller IQ uses aggregate analysis summaries rather than requiring customer identities for recommendations. Text you supply can still contain personal or confidential information. Remove unnecessary identifiers, credentials and sensitive details before submitting descriptions, uploads or field notes. Minimization is not a guarantee of anonymization. Provider processing and retention are subject to the applicable provider terms and policies.

Reports are not made public merely by generating them. Public sharing is an explicit user action: review the report before enabling a share link. Anyone with a public link may access and copy its content. Disabling a link cannot recall copies already made by recipients. Do not share data you lack permission to disclose.
Authentication and access controls help limit access to account data. No online service can guarantee security. Do not upload secrets or unnecessary personal information. This policy is not a security certification or a claim of regulatory compliance.
Account information, product inputs, reports, user-uploaded data and field notes may be retained to provide the service and company history. Refinement creates immutable company versions rather than silently replacing earlier reports, so earlier inputs and outputs can remain in history. Editing a current input, canceling a subscription or disabling public sharing is not the same as deleting stored history. We do not promise automatic deletion within a fixed period or immediate removal from backups and provider systems.
